Alison Pettyjohn Elected to Student Government Executive Council

Alison Pettyjohn, a University of Dallas student from Boise, Idaho, was recently elected vice president of the Student Government Executive Council for the upcoming 2018-19 academic year. Campus-wide voting was held March 22-23, and winners were announced on March 23 through Crusader Connect, the university's online portal for student clubs and organizations.

The Executive Council is responsible for setting the Student Government's annual goals and overseeing the Senate and other various boards and committees, including the Campus Activities Board (CAB). Council members are elected for a one-year term, which commences on the last day of the 2018 spring semester.
