Paul Lewis presented "The Doctor in Spite of Himself" by Moliere this spring as a senior studio.

The senior studios are the culmination of the drama major during which each senior casts and directs a play of his or her choosing.

"The Doctor in Spite of Himself" is a fast paced, witty farce that follows the drunkard lumberjack Sganarelle as he tries to navigate through the twists and turns of suddenly being proclaimed a doctor. With this sudden change of profession, Sganarelle must “cure” Geronte’s daughter of a mysterious illness..
