Student-Athlete Alex Borse Earns Honors

Alex Borse of Denver, Ind., earned a spot on the 2016-17 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Honors Court for his excelling academics during the past season.

In order to be named to the Honors Court, a student-athlete must meet a high standard of academic criteria including:

1. Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher at the conclusion of the 2016-17 academic year.
2. At least one year at their current institution.
3. Membership in the NCAA Division I, II or III, or NAIA Division I or II, including an NABC member coach for their institution.
