Tori Fleharty Awarded Scholarship for University of Dallas Rome Program

Tori Fleharty, a University of Dallas student from Richmond, Texas, was awarded a scholarship to study abroad during the spring 2016 semester at the University of Dallas' 12-acre Eugene Constantin Campus near Rome, Italy. One of eighteen scholarship recipients, Fleharty was awarded the Charles T. Uhl Rome Scholarship.

Since 1970, students at the University of Dallas have had the opportunity to spend a semester in Rome studying, traveling and experiencing the art, architecture, literature, philosophy and deeds that form the basis of Western civilization.

In 1994, the University of Dallas dedicated its Eugene Constantin Campus near Rome, Italy. In addition to providing a study-abroad opportunity for undergraduate students during the school year, the campus also hosts special summer programs for both high school students and adults.
