The juniors that organized Charity Week, an annual University of Dallas tradition, picked the Low Birth Weight Development Center as a beneficiary.

Proceeds raised during the university-wide fundraiser were donated to three nonprofits that align with the university's Catholic identity: Catholic Charities of Southeast Texas, Jonathan's Place in Dallas and Texas Children's Hospital in Houston.
